pdfPost Lite Terms & Conditions
By downloading and installing pdfPost Lite user accepts EULA and the following:
- Distribution rights
User may not distribute the pdfPost Lite and/or license/activation codes.
- Rights granted by the EULA
User is entitled to install/use the pdfPost Lite on a computer and copy the pdfPost Lite solely for backup or archival purposes.
- Limitations of use
User does not have rights to:
a. Sublicense the pdfPost Lite;
b. Copy the pdfPost Lite, in whole or in part, except as provided in this Agreement;
c. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the pdfPost Lite except for the cases and only to the extent when it is directly allowed by the applicable law. At that, You shall first request BPSolutions in writing to provide You with the necessary information, which You want to obtain as a result of reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Software. BPSolutions has the right to impose reasonable conditions such as a reasonable fee for doing so. Requests for information should be directed to the BPSolutions at the address provided in the pdfPost Lite or such other address as may be made available on www.bpsolutions.com.pl from time to time;
d. Modify, or create derivative works based upon the pdfPost Lite in whole or in part;
e. Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the pdfPost Lite; or
f. Resell, lease, rent or otherwise transfer rights to the pdfPost Lite, as provided by this License;
g. Transfer the pdfPost Lite to any third persons;
h. Use of the pdfPost Lite does not grant You any other rights to use other products of BPSolutions, except for the rights stipulated by the corresponding licenses to these products;
- Technical support and upgrades
Technical support and upgrades are not available for pdfPost Lite.
- Disclaimer of warranty
YOU AGREE THAT BPSOLUTIONS HAS MADE NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES, ORAL OR WRITTEN, TO YOU REGARDING THE PRODUCTS AND THAT THE PRODUCTS ARE BEING PROVIDED TO YOU “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. BPSOLUTIONS DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BPSOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, COVER, RELIANCE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFIT) ARISING FROM ANY CAUSE UNDER OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT.
- Limitation of liability
You assume the entire risk of using the program. IN NO EVENT SHALL BPSOLUTIONS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, OR OTHER INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE BPSOLUTIONS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF BPSOLUTIONS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU AGREE BPSOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES. THIS LIMITATION SHALL APPLY TO CLAIMS OF PERSONAL INJURY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

- What Personal Data do we process and for which purposes?
a. For users that downloaded pdfPost LITE, we use their data for internal statistic purposes and to inform users about new pdfPost LITE releases.
b. For users that did buy pdfPost, we use their data for billing/invoicing and license generation.
c. For users that registered in our Customer Area, we use their data for license generation and support service.
e. Server logs are gathered by our hosting operator Logic Net s.c.
f. We DO NOT share, sale or transfer user data to other entities.

We process user data only because user has given consent to have data processed for the specific purpose/s. Processing is necessary for pursuing our legitimate interest as stated in (2).
